tlmgr --all bei TL2024 Fehlermeldung

Moin,

ein tlmgr --all spuckt mir das hier aus – ansonsten lief sowohl die
Installation auf meinem Debian durch als auch ein Problelauf war ok. Wie
bekomm ich das jetzt weg?
